The short version: we collect as little as technically possible. The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party trackers. The tools we distribute contain no telemetry and talk only to services on your own computer. The only personal data that exists is what's unavoidable to take a payment and issue a license — and most of that is held by our payment processor, not by us.
Static pages, served by Cloudflare Pages. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts. As with any website, our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as your IP address at the network edge to deliver pages and block abuse; this is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not maintain our own analytics on top of it.
Payments are processed by Gumroad, which is the merchant of record. When you buy, you provide your details directly to Gumroad — we never see or store your card number. Gumroad collects what it needs to charge you and meet tax law (name, email, billing/tax location, payment details) under Gumroad's privacy policy. From Gumroad we receive only your name, email address, and purchase/license information, which we use to deliver your license, provide support, and honor refunds.
License activation is the one time a tool contacts us. What is sent and stored:

Activation can also be done from any browser (including on a different device), so an air-gapped computer never needs to connect at all. After activation, the tool verifies your license entirely offline — it never contacts us again.
ollama-tune and our other tools send no telemetry, ever. They operate on your machine and, where relevant, communicate only with services running on that same machine (e.g. your local Ollama server). We receive no usage data, no prompts, no model data — nothing.
If you email us (e.g. for support or an invoice), we receive your message and email address via Google Workspace / Gmail and keep it only as long as needed to help you.
Our contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, which receives what you type (your name, email, chosen topic, and message) and forwards it to us by email under Web3Forms' privacy policy. We use it only to reply to you. The form sets no cookies and includes a hidden spam-check field; it collects nothing beyond what you enter.
Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you — in practice, your name and email from a purchase, and the hashed activation records tied to your key. Email [email protected] and we'll act on it. For payment and billing data, contact Gumroad, which holds it as merchant of record. We do not sell personal data — we have none to sell.
These are developer tools not directed at children, and we knowingly collect no data from anyone under 16.
