All sales are final — and that's fair here, because you can evaluate before you pay. Every tool has a free tier that runs its full report on your own machine, so you can confirm it finds real problems on your exact setup before spending a cent. Please do.
That said, we stand behind the tools. If you bought a license and it genuinely doesn't work on your system, email [email protected] and we'll make it right — a fix or a refund. We just can't refund a paid tool after it's been used to tune your setup and kept, which is exactly what the free tier is there to prevent.
Purchases are processed by Gumroad as merchant of record, so you can also raise any billing issue directly with Gumroad. Once a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated.
