The GG Network distributes software tools, some free and some paid. Free features may
be used at no charge. Paid features require a valid license purchased through our store.
Each tool's specific end-user license terms ship with it (see the LICENSE.txt
in its download); where those and these terms overlap, the tool's LICENSE.txt
governs the software itself.
Unless stated otherwise for a specific product, one paid license covers one computer (one seat). Each seat includes a limited number of activation credits so you can reinstall or change hardware; re-activating a machine you've already activated does not consume a credit. Running paid features on additional computers requires additional seats. A license is perpetual for every version released within your paid updates window, and those versions keep working indefinitely.
Purchases are made through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's terms. Prices are shown before checkout.
You agree not to: share, resell, or publish license keys or license files; circumvent, disable, or modify the license mechanism; redistribute our software as part of another product without written permission; or use our tools to break the law. Some tools can automate actions against systems or services — you are responsible for using them only against systems you own or have permission to access, and in line with those systems' terms.
Free features are provided as a courtesy and may change or be discontinued. We aim to keep the license-activation service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Because paid tools verify their license offline, a temporary outage of our activation service does not stop already-activated software from working.
The software and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without
warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some tools restart or reconfigure local
services on your machine (for example, ollama-tune's --deep mode restarts
your local Ollama server and restores its prior settings afterward, even on error); you
run them at your own discretion, particularly on production systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the software, website, or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
